What forms of payment does PROFOR accept?
PROFOR offers several solutions to pay for your order at www.PROFOR.pt:
- ATM: When selecting this payment method you will have 24 hours, after order confirmation, to proceed with your payment. You will find all the necessary information in an ATM or on the internet through your bank's home banking services. In any case, just select, at the time of payment, “PAYMENT OF PURCHASES”, followed by “SERVICES”.
- Bank Transfer: When selecting this payment method, make your payment by bank transfer or direct deposit in our account. Please indicate the order number as a reference for the transfer or deposit. Your order will not be shipped until confirmation of the amount in our account.
What to do if I find that the price of the item I paid for is wrong?

How to use a Discount Coupon?
If you are assigned a Discount Coupon, you can use it in step 4 of the purchase process, by entering the respective code. The total amount of your order will be deducted from the difference. If the value of the coupon is less than the total value of your order, you must select a payment method of your choice.
How long is a discount coupon valid for?
The discount coupon has a deadline for using the date described therein, after this date it will no longer be available.
When is a discount coupon issued?

How do I track my order?

How much does PROFOR charge for delivery?
Up to € 150 of order, PROFOR charges a Fixed Delivery Fee of € 7.5 + VAT (23%) to Portugal. From € 150 on orders, deliveries are free to Portugal. Outside Portugal, the delivery fee is calculated individually.
What are the delivery times and locations?
Deliveries of orders placed online and sold by PROFOR are made in any territory, however it is important to consider that:
• For orders outside mainland Portugal (which includes archipelagos and foreign countries) it is always necessary to ask for a transport price.
Products of reduced size and weight, are expected to be delivered in 2-3 business days after confirmation of payment, if available. Ordered products that are not in stock can take 2-4 weeks to be delivered.

You have 14 days to return your order. See below for the exchange and return policy.

How can I select the Collection option in PROFOR?
After entering your data, for billing purposes, you must select the option "Withdrawal in Place".
When and how will I know that my item is available for collection at PROFOR?
When your order is available for collection at PROFOR, you will receive an email and / or SMS (if you have provided this data) confirming that, from that moment, you can go to PROFOR to collect your order.
I received an email / SMS confirming that my order is partially available. What does it mean?
There will be situations where your order will have more than one item. The partial confirmation email and / or SMS informs you that the first item in your order is already available in the store. At that moment, you can collect the first installment right away or alternatively, wait for the total availability of orders at the store.
